At Young Real Art, we understand that buying art online can be sometimes tricky. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (subject to Terms and Conditions).

Our Returns Policy follows the Distance Selling Regulations, which means you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing or by email within 14 working days of receiving your order. It includes any delivery charge, but excludes the cost of returning the order.


1/ How to return a product

If you wish to return a product, please follow the next steps:

Step 1 - Email us your refund request within 14 days of receiving the product at Include your order details and the reason of the return.

Please note that the product must be in immaculate condition, so that it can be re-sold.

Step 2 - We will confirm your request shortly, providing you with a return address. It will be the address of the studio, where the artist resides. Our gallery ( does not store any artworks - they ship and return directly to the artist studios.

Step 3 - Please re-package the product in its original packaging. If you have already disposed of the packaging, you are responsible for purchasing new, suitable packaging. Please ensure that you have packed the product safely.

Step 4 - We ask you to ship out the product within 3 days after confirming the return request. It is your responsibility to arrange a courier. All products must be sent via a traceable, insured method. If you need assistance with arranging the courier, please contact us at or +420 608 46 22 11.

Step 5 - Once you have sent the product, email us the shipping details at

Step 6 - As soon as the product safely reaches the artist, we will notify you and start processing your return. The amount paid will be refunded to your original source of payment within 10 working days. Please allow additional 10 days for international transfers.

2/ Damaged products

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the next steps:
