At Young Real Art, we understand that buying art on-line can be sometimes tricky. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item, subject to Terms and Conditions. Find a guide, below, of how to return an item.

Our Returns Policy follows the Distance Selling Regulations, which means that you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing or via email within 14 working days of receiving your item(s). This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item(s).


1/ How to return an item

If you wish to return at item(s), please follow the next steps:

Step 1 - Email us your refund request within 14 days of receiving the artwork at Include your order information and, optionally,  the reason for returning it.

Please note that the artwork must be in pristine condition so it can be re-sold.

Step 2 - We will confirm your request shortly, providing you with a return address. It will be an address of the studio, where the artist, who made your artwork, resides. The Young Real Art Gallery ( does not store any artworks - they are shipped and returned directly from/to the artists' studios.

Step 3 - Please repackage the artwork in its original packaging. If you have already disposed of the packaging, you are responsible for purchasing new one. Please ensure that you have packed the artwork safely so it is returned to the artist undamaged.

Step 4 - We ask you to ship out the item within 3 days after we have confirmed your return request. It is your responsibility to arrange for a courier. All items must be sent via a traceable, insured method. If you need assistance with arranging the courier, please contact our customer service at or on +420 608 46 22 11.

Step 5 - Once you have sent the artwork, email us the shipping details and the tracking number at

Step 6 - As soon as the artwork safely reaches the artist, we will notify you and process your return. The amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment within 10 working days of the item(s)'s return. Please allow additional 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

2/ Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the next steps:

Step 1 - Within five days of the item(s) delivery, please email Include your order information.
